The Claim Process

The process is quite straightforward. Before establishing whether you may have a claim or not you will need to answer just a few short questions, which you can do by completing the appropriate 30 Second Claim on the home page. This will confirm immediately whether or not it is likely that you have a claim that we can assist you with. If you wish to make a claim you can request a claim pack which will either be emailed or posted to you, whichever you prefer. All you need to do is complete the claims forms and return them to us. A dedicated member of our legal team will then contact you to discuss everything in detail with you and to answer any questions that you may have. Any claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 are not regulated by the Ministry of Justice

The process being as follows:

  • Request Claim Pack
  • Complete Claim Forms and return
  • Upon receipt of your completed Claim Forms one of our claims assessors will contact you to discuss your claim with you and to answer any questions that you may have
  • If we are able to pursue your claim we will write to you to confirm our acceptance upon which we will commence pursuing your claim for you immediately
